Before you enter.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Velvet Mirror, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using any part of Velvet Mirror, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Effective date: April 25, 2026

By accessing or using Velvet Mirror—whether through our website at myvelvetmirror.com, our iOS or Android applications, or any associated services, features, or content (collectively, the “Service”)—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of any part of Velvet Mirror constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

Velvet Mirror is intended exclusively for adults. To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• Be legally permitted to access adult content under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. We further reserve the right to refuse service in any jurisdiction where the distribution or consumption of our content may be restricted by law.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you do, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate;
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account;
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

Each person may maintain only one account. You may not assign, transfer, or share your account with any other person. Velvet Mirror is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Velvet Mirror is a luxury sensual audio storytelling platform. The Service includes, but is not limited to: curated audio stories (“Velvet Pulse”), an AI-powered conversational companion (“Aurora”), emotional reflection and journaling tools (“Mirror Within”), personalized story generation (“Desire Weaver”), and related discovery and exploration features.

Velvet Mirror is an entertainment and personal enrichment product. It is important that you understand what the Service is not:

• Velvet Mirror is not a therapy, counselling, or mental health service;
• Velvet Mirror is not a provider of medical, psychological, or legal advice;
• Velvet Mirror is not a dating, matchmaking, or social networking service;
• Aurora is not a human being, licensed therapist, or qualified counsellor.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. Nothing within Velvet Mirror should be interpreted as a substitute for professional care.

Velvet Mirror offers both free and paid tiers of access. The free tier provides limited access to content and features. Premium subscription tiers—each offering progressively greater access, personalisation, and exclusive content—are available at prices displayed at the time of purchase.

Billing. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are billed and managed by the respective platform. The terms, billing practices, and refund policies of Apple or Google apply to those transactions. For subscriptions purchased directly through our website, billing is handled by our designated payment processor.

Auto-Renewal. All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected) unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be at the then-current rate for your subscription tier.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription management, or by contacting aurora@myvelvetmirror.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that period concludes. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Refunds. Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be directed to the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies. For direct web purchases, refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis; please contact aurora@myvelvetmirror.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we do, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle following the notice period. Your continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Velvet Mirror is built on trust, discretion, and mutual respect. By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Share, disclose, or transfer your account credentials to any other person;
• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, broadcast, or publicly perform any content available through the Service;
• Record, download, rip, or capture audio content through any means other than officially supported offline features within the Velvet Mirror application;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or data structures of the Service;
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, intimidate, or harm any person;
• Use AI features (including Aurora and Desire Weaver) to generate, request, or solicit content that depicts minors in any sexual context, promotes violence against identifiable individuals, or is otherwise illegal under applicable law;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Access the Service through automated means, including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any form of automated data collection or extraction;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, access-control, or digital-rights-management features of the Service;
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent;
• Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Service.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

All content available through the Service—including but not limited to audio stories, character designs, artwork, cover art, musical compositions, sound effects, text, software, user-interface design, and the underlying technology—is the exclusive property of Velvet Mirror and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.

The Velvet Mirror name, logo, visual identity, and trade dress are protected trademarks. You may not use any Velvet Mirror trademark, service mark, or logo without our prior written permission.

Your License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from the Service.

Desire Weaver Content. Stories and content generated through Desire Weaver are created using Velvet Mirror’s proprietary systems and remain the intellectual property of Velvet Mirror. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and enjoy your generated content within the Service for as long as your account remains active. You do not acquire ownership of any AI-generated content.

Feedback & Submissions. If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other materials to Velvet Mirror, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such materials for any purpose. You waive any moral rights in such submissions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Certain features of the Service allow you to interact with AI systems or provide personal input that shapes your experience. Each feature handles your data with specific care:

Aurora Conversations. Your conversations with Aurora are processed to deliver the Service and to personalise your experience. Conversation data may be used in anonymised, aggregated form to improve the quality and safety of our AI systems. We will never publicly attribute any conversation content to you, except as required by applicable law or share identifiable conversation data with third parties.

Desire Weaver Inputs. Preferences, prompts, and creative inputs you provide to Desire Weaver are used to generate personalised content for you. These inputs may also be used in anonymised form to improve our content-generation systems.

Mirror Within Reflections. Your emotional reflections, journal entries, and introspective data within Mirror Within are treated with the heightened privacy protections. This data is encrypted, used solely for your personalisation, and is never used to train AI models or shared with third parties in any form, except as required by applicable law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to moderate, review, or remove any user-generated content or AI-generated output that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. We are under no obligation to monitor all interactions but may do so to protect the safety and integrity of the Service.

Velvet Mirror contains sensual, erotic, and sexually explicit audio content that is intended exclusively for consenting adults aged eighteen (18) and older.

All stories, characters, and scenarios depicted within the Service are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental. The depiction of any activity within our content does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or encouragement of that activity in real life.

You are solely responsible for determining whether the content available through Velvet Mirror is lawful in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the content is appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access the Service from a jurisdiction where such content is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue the Service, or any portion thereof, in any jurisdiction at any time and for any reason.

Velvet Mirror uses artificial intelligence to generate audio stories, power conversational features, personalise recommendations, and create custom content. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, unexpected themes, or output that does not align with your expectations;
• Aurora and all other AI features are software systems—they are not human beings, licensed therapists, counsellors, medical professionals, or legal advisors;
• You should not rely on any AI feature within the Service for medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice;
• AI interactions are not confidential in the manner of a professional-client relationship and are subject to the data-handling practices described in Section 8 and our Privacy Policy;
• Velvet Mirror is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from your reliance on AI-generated content or AI interactions.

We continuously work to improve the quality and safety of our AI systems, but we do not guarantee that AI outputs will be free from error, bias, or unintended content.

Your privacy is a founding principle of Velvet Mirror. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it carefully.

“As Is” Basis. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velvet Mirror disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

No Guarantee of Availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Emotional Content. You acknowledge that the sensual, intimate, and emotionally evocative nature of our content may provoke strong emotional responses. Velvet Mirror is not liable for any emotional distress, discomfort, or psychological impact arising from your consumption of or interaction with our content or AI features.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velvet Mirror, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Liability Cap. In no event shall Velvet Mirror’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the total amount of subscription fees you have actually paid to Velvet Mirror during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid any fees, our maximum liability shall not exceed fifty United States dollars (USD $50.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velvet Mirror and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

By Velvet Mirror. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to situations where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In cases of severe or repeated violations, termination may be immediate and permanent.

By You. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting aurora@myvelvetmirror.com. Deletion of your account constitutes termination of these Terms.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You will lose access to all content, including any Desire Weaver stories, Aurora conversation history, Mirror Within reflections, and library data associated with your account. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, generally within thirty (30) days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law. Any active subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period, but no further renewals will occur.

Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Mandatory Arbitration. You and Velvet Mirror agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or at such other location as the parties mutually agree, or remotely via videoconference. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgement on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Opt-Out Right. You may opt out of the mandatory arbitration provision by sending written notice to aurora@myvelvetmirror.com within thirty (30) days of first creating your account. Your notice must include your name, account email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Velvet Mirror each waive the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Small Claims Exception. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, provided the claim falls within the court’s jurisdictional limits and remains on an individual, non-representative basis.

Velvet Mirror may offer a referral program that rewards existing users for introducing new users to the Service. Referral rewards, eligibility, and conditions are determined by us at our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Abuse of the referral program—including creating duplicate accounts, self-referral, or fraudulent activity—may result in forfeiture of rewards and termination of your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on the Service with an updated effective date and, where practicable, by sending notice to the email address associated with your account at least fifteen (15) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

The following sections survive any termination or expiration of these Terms: Intellectual Property, User-Generated Content & AI Interactions, Content Guidelines, AI Disclaimer, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and this Survival clause.

Velvet Mirror shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, cyberattacks, or pandemic-related disruptions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties’ original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, policies, or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Velvet Mirror regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
