6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

If you purchase a subscription or paid content:

• Billing terms are shown at checkout.
• You can cancel anytime. Access remains until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Prices and offerings may change; changes apply prospectively.

7. Refunds (7-day first-time)

First-time subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing Aurora@Myvelvetmirror.com.

After 7 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property

All content, audio, designs, branding, and materials are owned by Velvet Mirror or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the Services for your personal use.

9. User submissions

If you submit text, feedback, or responses:

• You retain ownership of your submissions.
• You grant Velvet Mirror a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your submissions solely to operate, improve, secure, and support the Services (including personalization, QA, and troubleshooting).
• You represent you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

10. Content standards

The Services are adult-oriented but must remain lawful. You agree not to use the Services to create or distribute illegal content or non-consensual content.

11. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules, except where prohibited by law.

(If you later want maximum protection, you can add an arbitration clause. Many brands do; it’s optional and jurisdiction-sensitive.)

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
